Full Moon Sacred Rage Release Circle

Service Description

The full moon naturally brings things to the surface like anger, grief, frustration, exhaustion, truths we've been swallowing and avoiding on a conscious level. Here, we're going to give that energy somewhere to go. During this circle, I will guide you all through releasing practices including breath, voice, movement, drumming and grounding. You are welcome to scream, cry, laugh, sit quietly or simply witness. Bring yourselves as you are honestly without any expectations. We will open the space together, move through sacred rage release practices and close with grounding so everyone leaves regulated and supported. What to expect: -a small, intimate circle (limited spots) -a guided walk through the woods under the full moon to connect with the land and the body -guided grounding to open space -breath, sound and movement to help release stored tension -drumming and energetic release practices -a safe, judgement free environment where we can all express emotions safely and honestly What to bring: -wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes you can move in -water/beverage -anything extra you may want for comfort: blanket, cushion, chair, yoga mat, towel, blanket etc -journal/paper -pen/pencil -something to release (note, object etc) This event takes place on Friday May 1, 2026 at 5pm and can last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.
