The environment is calm, warm, and safe—allowing you to fully relax and let go. 🧘🏻 Sound Clearing & Chakra Balancing Immerse yourself in the harmonious vibrations of sound therapy. To begin your energetic reset, I use a drum to help shift stagnant energy and create resonance throughout your body. From there, I move into a chakra alignment process using sound bowls—each tuned to a specific energy center—to restore balance and flow. 🔮 Crystal Healing Support During your session, I may place carefully selected healing crystals on or around your body. These stones help amplify intentions, bring grounding, and align your energy field with your desired state of being. 🤲 Personalized Healing Touch With the space cleared and energy flowing, I begin the Reiki portion of the session, gently placing my hands either on or just above your body—based on your comfort level, always respecting your boundaries and ensuring a safe, nurturing experience.
